Design your own activity programme Choose from our range of free weekly art, singing, mind body awareness, creative writing and gardening sessions designed to support your health and wellbeing. For descriptions and times of all our sessions click here.
Benefits
Our activities encourage an open, exploratory approach to wellbeing by stimulating creativity, raising self-esteem and mood, promoting physical health and relaxation, enhancing self-awareness and reducing feelings of isolation. Led by friendly, qualified, experienced practitioners, they can also support people experiencing mental health issues as well those recovering from illness or addiction.
Ongoing sessions
Ongoing sessions are based at Kentish Town City Farm and are open to Camden residents. You can book yourself a place or be referred through your GP, social services or community centre. Phone or email us if you'd like to attend, or go to our referrer's page if you'd like to refer someone. If you're interested in participating but don't live in Camden phone or email to ask about availability.

Outreach
We can also come to you. If you'd like 6-12 free arts or gardening sessions for your group you can contact us to make enquiries or visit our outreach page for more information. Where possible we design sessions specifically to suit your group's needs and interests.
Sustainability
We aim to make the link between individual and community health with that of the environment, each sustaining the other. Future plans include ecobuild projects, creating spaces to educate, inspire and engage the community around themes of sustainability including recycling, renewable energy, healthy environments, materials and design. Other plans involve linking health, performance and technology. See our ideas page for more details and to add your own ideas.
