All groups welcome those with and without experience but booking is essential if you want to try a session.
Art Therapy (Kentish Town City Farm)

Working with a wide range of mediums including pastels, acrylics, collage and clay, experienced art therapist Andrea Lewis combine art with a gentle exploration of the underlying psychological elements. These sessions can help you develop greater self awareness and confidence within a supportive environment. You will also have the opportunities to contribute to group exhibitions if you want to.
Art Lab (Kentish Town City Farm)
These exciting new workshops led by Silvia Sampons allow you to explore drawing, painting and sculpture in a way that is meaningful
to you. Discover how art can be relaxing and rewarding as well as how it can help you uncover your inspiration and unique way of looking at things. You can can develop your own ideas or work together on group projects.
We encourage and support you to show your work at local events if you want to.
Creative Writing (Kentish Town City Farm)
Explore your ideas, have fun and create something new. Led by talented poet, creative writer and storyteller Paul Lyalls, these exciting, dynamic and challenging sessions bring poetry and writing to life. Through experimental games and techniques, we work to find a creative voice, building self esteem through words as well as overcoming any fears about writing. As well as focusing on the process of writing, sessions also cover how to edit and refine work.

Gardening (Kentish Town City Farm)
Gardening is a wonderfully therapeutic activity for anyone, regardless of age, condition or disability.With the support of an enthusiastic, experienced horticulturalist, you can choose what you'd like to grow and find a comfortable level of physical activity.
Outdoor sessions help you reconnect with nature through planting seeds, pruning, digging and harvesting. Indoor sessions may include healthy cooking using what we have grown, as well as building nesting and window boxes. Bring wellies or other shoes you don't mind getting muddy and warm clothes if it's cold!
Yoga And Relaxation (Expressions Studios)
Led by our experienced, skilled yoga teacher Cathy Tabakin, these gentle sessions are enjoyable, safe
and fun. They take a holistic, intuitive approach aiming to de-stress body
& mind and provide useful, practical relaxation tools for daily life; a
chance to unwind and recharge in a friendly, supportive environment.
You will need to wear clothes you can move in easily, all other equipment is provided.
