How to refer
If you would like to refer someone to our service contact us with any questions and request our referral form or 16 page information booklet.
Our referral criteria
Creative Health Lab aims to serve:
- people with mild to moderate mental health conditions
- people recovering from illness or injury
- unwaged and low-waged individuals
- those from BME groups including Bengali, Black African and Irish populations
- people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction
- people experiencing social isolation
Exclusion criteria include those:
- with a history of unprovoked violence
- currently misusing drugs and/or alcohol
